What does "No Video Signal/Decklink Mini Recorder" mean when viewing a broadcast?

If you're trying to view a broadcast and you are receiving the message "No Video Signal/Decklink Mini Recorder" (displayed in the image below) this usually is caused by the video cable on-site at the being disconnected from the camera; causing the stream to be interrupted. When this issue occurs, our Broadcast Operation takes immediate action to contact the staff on-site to continue the issue as quickly as possible.
