When you make certain updates to your HockeyTV account, we send you an email to help you complete the update. For instance, if you reset your password, or update your email address on your account, we will send you an email. If you can't find the email after we send it, the below steps can help.
Search for the reset email
We'll send the email from
Support@HockeyTV.com which you can search for in your inbox. If it isn't in your inbox, check your other folders. If a spam filter or email rule has moved that email, it may be in your Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
Make sure that you're checking the correct email account
If you're looking for a password reset email, make sure you're checking the correct email inbox. The email can only be sent to the email associated with the HockeyTV account.
Resend the email
To resend a reset email, repeat the steps to reset your password, and we'll send an email to the email associated with your HockeyTV account.
Make sure you're receiving emails
If you're not getting any emails, you might need to contact your service provider for assistance.
