Auto-Renewal Policy

All HockeyTV subscribers are automatically charged monthly or yearly (depending on the subscription pass and the date they signed up) unless action is taken to cancel before the auto-renewal date.  Subscription plans auto-renew at the regular price. 

Each user who chooses to subscribe and purchase a subscription plan with HockeyTV is informed of the auto-renewal policy multiple times on the Subscription page. This information is listed in the details of each subscription plan under the “Subscribe/Already Subscribed” section. It is also listed under the “Important Notes” heading on the Subscription page. This provides the details associated with your subscription plan, to inform each user all subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled. We also send reminder emails a week prior to all upcoming subscription renewals.
